Ziehl-Abegg offers the ideal deflection pulleys for various system concepts, whether as head pulleys in machine frames or as deflection pulleys for compact suspension guidance of shafts. To optimally guide the suspension means, deflection pulleys of different diameters and rope-friendly materials with excellent sliding properties are available. By using high quality bearings, the deflection pulley is not only durable but also quiet.

■Product specifications of deflection pulley for bearer rope

Guide pulleys for plastic cables with diameters from 120 mm to 520 mm. We offer deflection pulleys with different rim widths, groove radii, and number of grooves to help you find the right deflection pulley for you. Equipped with suitable axles and other accessories, it can be easily installed into your system.

■Product specifications of deflection pulley for sling

In addition to cable deflection pulleys used as suspension devices, you can also choose belt deflection pulleys that are compatible with ZAtopx. The deflection pulley is designed for use with a diameter of 100 mm like the ZAtopx traction shaft. Each tread groove is also calculated to use a 30mm wide belt. Deflection pulleys can be configured to accommodate 2 to 5 belts. Maximum shaft load is 2,500kg.
