About This Product

The improved Dumas method has been increasingly used as an analytical method for measuring nitrogen (crude protein) in foods, fertilizers, and feed, replacing the conventional Kjeldahl method. We have adopted a new oxygen scavenger to reduce the consumption of reduced copper and achieve a self-regeneration function. As a result, low running costs are achieved, and there is no need to replace parts over a long period of time, reducing the burden of maintenance. Features

■Automatic regeneration of reduction tube

Equipped with newly developed patented oxygen trap technology, self-regeneration of reduced copper has been realized. Generates reducing gas during measurement and automatically regenerates. This eliminates the need to replace the reduction tube over a long period of time.

■Oxygen trap technology

Cheap graphite is used as an oxygen trapping agent instead of expensive reduced copper. Our unique oxygen trap technology (patented) suppresses reduction pipe wear due to excess oxygen. Reliably reduces the frequency of replacement tubes, significantly reducing costs and maintenance burden.

■Automatic optimization of combustion conditions

The Dumas method requires changing the amount of oxygen used for combustion depending on the type and amount of organic matter, and requires sample decomposition tests. The DTN-300V is equipped with a function that monitors and analyzes pressure during combustion and decomposition and automatically controls the optimal amount of oxygen. No need for sample digestion tests for most unknown samples. It analyzes and judges pressure fluctuations during feed decomposition in real time and automatically controls the amount of oxygen, ensuring proper combustion regardless of the type or amount of sample.
