About This Product

In order to realize a sustainable society, it is necessary to understand and reduce the amount of nitrogen compounds released into the atmosphere and water bodies. The trace nitrogen analyzer TN-5000V contributes to reducing environmental impact by measuring and managing nitrogen content in raw materials and waste.

・Aqueous sample: JIS K 0102 Factory wastewater test method, ASTM D5176

Features
■Automatic syringe dilution functionSimply put the calibration curve solution (undiluted solution) and dilution solvent in a vial and set it, and the syringe will automatically dilute accurately regardless of your level of dilution skill. When using a 250 µL microsyringe, it can be diluted up to 100 times. There is no need to prepare calibration curve samples in advance, and waste liquid can be reduced, reducing environmental impact and running costs. (When using ASC-550L)

■User-friendly PC softwareWe have newly added a simple mode and an advanced mode so that it can be used in a wide range of situations, from laboratory use to product quality control, and we have further improved ease of use by providing operability according to the purpose.

All operations are recorded as history. You can view the history in advanced mode. (audit trail function)

■Schedule management functionIt automates a series of operations, from turning on the electric furnace to turning off the gas. You can set different combustion temperature conditions and measure across schedules. It is now possible to raise and lower the temperature continuously, further advancing automation.

■Simultaneous measurement of sulfur and nitrogenBy connecting a well-established ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur detector, highly sensitive simultaneous measurement of sulfur and nitrogen is possible with a single sample injection.

■User management functionThree levels of login authority can be set. You can restrict operations for each user and protect methods and data.

■Wide rangeThere are now two measurement ranges.

・High sensitivity: 0.03 to 2,500 μg/mL (3 to 5,000 ng)
・Low sensitivity: 5-1,000 μg/mL (100-20,000 ng)

Equipped with a newly developed wide range function, it can now handle samples with a wider concentration range. Both ranges have a wide measurable range, so there will be no mistakes in range selection.
