About This Product

Using the well-established coulometry method, trace amounts of chlorine and sulfur in liquids and gases can be easily and quickly measured. We are active in many industries such as petrochemical plants, chemical manufacturers, and material manufacturers.

Features
■Automatic syringe dilution systemSimply place the appropriate amounts of the calibration curve sample (undiluted solution) and dilution solvent in a vial, and the syringe will automatically dilute accurately regardless of your level of dilution skill. Can be diluted up to 100 times using a 250μL microsyringe. There is no need to prepare calibration curve samples in advance, and only the amount necessary for measurement is used, reducing waste liquid, reducing environmental impact, and lowering running costs. (When using ASC-550L)

■Audit trail functionAll operations are recorded as history. You can view the history in advanced mode.

■User-friendly PC softwareWe have newly prepared a simple mode and an advanced mode so that it can be used in a wide range of situations, from laboratory use to product quality control, and you can select it according to your purpose to further improve operability.

■Schedule management functionIt automates a series of operations, from turning on the heater to shutting off the gas. In addition, two different combustion temperature conditions were set in the schedule, and temperature increases and decreases were performed continuously, further advancing automation.

■User management functionYou can set three levels of login authority. We help strengthen operational management by restricting some measurement condition settings and operations for each user and preventing easy changes or deletions.

■System configuration according to purposeThis system allows for easy addition and replacement of units. You can increase the number of measurement items by adding other detectors.

■Excellent operability and improved functionality using Windows®The 5000 series comes with the common PC application software "NSX-5000" and can perform measurements with the same operability.

■Rapid analysis using liquid sample changerThe well-established liquid sample changer has been further improved. With the addition of operations that emphasize repeatability (such as needle tip cleaning), anyone can easily perform high-precision measurements.
