About This Product

By using an ultraviolet fluorescence detector and a vertical electric furnace, trace amounts of sulfur in petroleum, petrochemical products, and automobile fuel can be measured quickly and fully automatically. ・Sulfur: Oxidative decomposition/ultraviolet fluorescence method JIS K 2240, K 2541-6, ASTM D5453, D6667, D7183, D7551, ISO 20846 ・Nitrogen: Oxidative decomposition/chemiluminescence method JIS K 2609, ASTM D4629, D6069, D7184 Features

■In-syringe automatic dilution system

Simply place the appropriate amounts of the calibration curve sample (undiluted solution) and dilution solvent in a vial, and the syringe will automatically dilute accurately regardless of your level of dilution skill. Can be diluted up to 100 times using a 250μL microsyringe. There is no need to prepare calibration curve samples in advance, and only the amount necessary for measurement is used, reducing waste liquid, reducing environmental impact, and lowering running costs. (When using ASC-550L)

■Audit trail function

All operations are recorded as history. You can view the history in advanced mode.

■User-friendly PC software

We have newly prepared a simple mode and an advanced mode so that it can be used in a wide range of situations, from laboratory use to product quality control, and you can select it according to your purpose to further improve operability.

■Schedule management function

It automates a series of operations, from turning on the heater to shutting off the gas. In addition, two different combustion temperature conditions were set in the schedule, and temperature increases and decreases were performed continuously, further advancing automation.

■Simultaneous measurement of sulfur and nitrogen

By connecting a nitrogen detector using the well-established chemiluminescence method, highly sensitive simultaneous measurement of sulfur and nitrogen is possible with a single sample injection.

■User management function

You can set three levels of login authority. We help strengthen operational management by restricting some measurement condition settings and operations for each user and preventing easy changes or deletions.

■Improvement of sample processing capacity

The development of a new detection cell and waveform data processing has made it possible to perform measurements in a short time, dramatically improving sample processing capacity.

■Wide range

Expanding the measurement range in one measurement range ・Low concentration: 0.02 to 10 μg/mL ・High concentration: 1-5,000 μg/mL
