The trace nitrogen analyzer TN-5000V contributes to reducing environmental impact by measuring and managing nitrogen content in raw materials and waste. ■User-friendly PC software

We have newly added a simple mode and an advanced mode so that it can be used in a wide range of situations, from laboratory use to product quality control, and we have further improved ease of use by providing operability according to the purpose. All operations are recorded as history. You can view the history in advanced mode. (audit trail function)

■Rapid analysis using boat control

Automatically introducing the sample boat into the electric furnace with appropriately programmed operations prevents incomplete combustion and enables rapid measurements. The optimal program varies depending on the sample, but new programs can be easily created using the teaching function.

■Automatic control of gas flow rate

The mass flow controller always controls the oxygen and argon gas flow rate to a stable flow rate using settings from a computer. It is also possible to automatically shut off the gas at the end of measurement, reducing gas consumption.

■Reanalysis function

After measurement, the peak width can be adjusted as desired while viewing the chart. Easily optimize waveform data processing.

■Schedule management function

It automates a series of operations, from turning on the electric furnace to turning off the gas. You can set different combustion temperature conditions and measure across schedules. It is now possible to raise and lower the temperature continuously, further advancing automation.

■Easy maintenance

Adopts a diaphragm type vacuum pump, eliminating the need for oil changes. By placing a door in front of the combustion section and using an open/close type electric furnace, it is easier to attach and detach the reaction tube and maintain it.
