■User-friendly PC software

We have newly prepared a simple mode and an advanced mode so that it can be used in a wide range of situations, from laboratory use to product quality control, and you can select it according to your purpose to further improve operability.

■Quick analysis using auto boat controller

Automatically introducing the sample boat into the electric furnace with appropriately programmed operations prevents incomplete combustion and enables rapid measurements. The optimal program varies depending on the sample, but new programs can be easily created using the teaching function.

■Automatic control of gas flow rate

Oxygen and argon gas are always controlled at a stable flow rate using settings from a computer. It is also possible to automatically shut off the gas at the end of measurement, reducing gas consumption.

■Reanalysis function

After measurement, the peak width can be adjusted as desired while viewing the chart. Waveform data can be easily optimized.

■Audit trail function

All operations are recorded as history. You can view the history in advanced mode.

■Schedule management function

It automates a series of operations, from turning on the heater to shutting off the gas. In addition, two different combustion temperature conditions were set in the schedule, and temperature increases and decreases were performed continuously, further advancing automation.

■Easy maintenance

A door is placed in front of the combustion section and a retractable electric furnace is used, making it easy to attach and detach the reaction tube and maintain it.
