■Features

・Solving the lateral slippage problem: In order to solve the problem of a gap between the anvil cover and the anvil cover, which makes it difficult to cut, we have increased the degree of adhesion with the anvil cylinder. ・Improved joint cutting: By reviewing the dimensions of the cylinder slot, the jigsaw joint has improved cutting accuracy compared to conventional products. ・Reduced work time for installation and removal: EJ type joints are used for some part numbers. As a result, debris removal has also been improved. ・Improved ink transfer, no need for idle rotation: Ink will not stick to the workpiece even after replacing the urethane anvil F1. This eliminates the need for idle rotation before operation. ・No deformation during rotation: Uses glass fiber that returns to its original state even if it deforms inward. Even if you rotate frequently, the adhesion remains the same. ・No unevenness in wear: A conventional advantage, anvil rotation eliminates uneven wear, which has various effects such as reducing the load on the cutting die and machine, and stabilizing the quality of punching. ・Extensive lineup: We have a lineup that covers almost all models from almost all machine manufacturers.
