About This Product
Form3L is a Formlabs 3D printer trusted by professionals across all industries and designed to handle even larger print sizes. Based on Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing technology known for its ultra-smooth surface finish and fine detail reproduction, Form3L is equipped with the latest LFS printing process to consistently deliver industry-standard high-quality prints. It was developed to be completed in a short time. Although it is small enough to be installed in an office, it is sturdy enough to be installed in a factory, and can operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
■What is LFS method?
This is an innovative stereolithography method realized by a newly structured laser unit (LPU) and resin tank. By adopting the LFS method, more accurate and stable modeling is now possible.
■Newly structured mobile laser unit
・The movable laser unit always directs the laser perpendicularly to the object, achieving precise and fine modeling.
・Maintenance is improved compared to Form 2 because the laser unit is removable.
■Build Platform 2L
- Modeled parts can be easily removed in seconds without using tools.
・You can also avoid the risk of damage when removing the printed object from the build platform, making your workflow even more efficient.
・Compatible with all Formlabs resins
・High strength and durability due to stainless steel molding
■Alert function
・Equipped with over 20 integrated sensors and enhanced alert functions
・Safe and secure design tailored to the operator
■Remote function
-Added remote function that was not included in Form2
・The range of applications has expanded dramatically as modeling can now be done from anywhere as long as there is a network connection.
