About This Product
■Summary
Servo Techno's resolver digital converter RD1416 converts the resolver analog signal into a 2-phase encoder signal (A phase/B phase) and outputs it. Resolution can be set to 10, 12, 14, or 16 bits. RD1416 outputs the AC servo motor pole sensor U, V, W signals, so there is no need to attach it to the motor side.

・High accuracy: ±2.5 minutes (angular minutes)
・Resolution: 10 bits, 12 bits, 14 bits, 16 bits switchable
・Maximum rotation speed: 2,500rps (when set to 10 bits)
・Maximum output frequency: 8.19MHz (at 16 bits)
・U, V, W phase, square wave output and index pulse output (Z phase)
・Output with voltage differential line driver
・Excitation output frequency can be changed from 2KHz to 20KHz
・Excitation output voltage can be adjusted with VR
■Applications
・Motor control, steering control, throttle control for industrial equipment, automobile control systems, etc.
- You can easily change a system that uses an encoder to a resolver.
