Precision System Systems Science Magled is a bench -top full -automatic nucleic acid extraction device that can quickly and well high -quality nucleic acids. Design, development, and manufacturing are in Japan. Easy and quick extracted nucleic acids can be used for PCR, sequencing, and NGS. Prepack reagent cartridge MAGDEA DX® Prepack reagents can be selected according to the application. In each case, all the reagents required for nucleic acid extraction are enclosed in the cartridge, and no complicated reagents are prepared. ・ MAGDEA DX SV (200 μL or 400 μL) ・ Magdea DX MV (sample liquid amount 1 ml) Universal protocol Since one kind of reagent is compatible with various sample species, it is possible to set different types of samples in the device and extract nucleic acid at the same time. No need to match multiple reagents according to the sample species. Easy 3 -step operation No special training is required because it is a simple operation. The time required for manual work is less than 5 minutes. Extract up to 6 samples or 12 samples within a minimum of 30 minutes The time required for manual work can be extracted in about 30 minutes, including the operation and the extraction time. Trust and achievement automation technology Equipment and reagent are designed and developed in accordance with the strict standards of the European Directive 98/79/EC (IVDD). The automation that adopts the PSS unique technology Magtration® (a separate mechanism using magnetic particles) contributes to improving reliability and reducing human errors. In addition, it prevents contaminations from one sample lane method (processing on a straight line) and a pre -pack reagent cartridge.
