The SHOPSYSTEM printer has the highest resolution print head in the market, with more than 70,000 nozzles spray 1PL drops at about 10 kHz, and achieves high -resolution parts at a rate and speed of several laser -based systems. For each layer, the printer spreads the metal powder over the entire build bed, is accurately injected, is accurately sprayed, combined with loose powder, and defines the shape of the parts. Metal powder and binder are deposited for each layer until the entire build volume is binded and the surrounding loose powder.
