About This Product
■Summary
Integra 9580 is a handheld barcode verification machine that supports 1D and 2D symbols. Equipped with a 5 megapixel camera. Minimum resolution 1D: 0.10mm, 2D: 0.15mm Barcodes up to 76mm wide x 57mm long can be verified. At the same time as grade verification, registration data matching, encoding syntax inspection, and code data analysis are possible.
■Easy and reliable verification
Hold the grip of the main unit firmly while pressing the trigger. Set the target code in the verification area window of the main unit. The verification window has non-slip rubber feet on the four corners, allowing reliable verification without damaging the object. While pressing the main unit, align the green cross displayed on the target code on the PC screen with the center of the code, and return the trigger to automatically verify the code.
Test results are automatically saved, so you can create a test report at any time.
■Compatible with all codes distributed around the world, such as GS1 standards and ISO/IEC standards.
It is possible to verify the grade of most of the two-dimensional codes in circulation, such as QR codes and matrix codes. Power is supplied from the USB port of the PC on which the software is installed. The included USB cable is 3m long, so it is possible to verify the grade of objects at a distance.
■Setup
Select the verification standard you want to use from the list; most of the current verification standards from around the world are already installed. In addition, various verification conditions can all be selected by the user.
■Modulation
It is possible to indicate the unevenness and variation of spaces and bars.
■QR code verification
Grade verification is performed immediately by simply specifying the verification area on the verification software screen.
■Data analysis All lines
Execution data for all scan lines can be displayed. Scan barcodes at 0.05mm pitch.
■GS1-128 verification
In addition to ISO standards and GS1 standards, all current standards used around the world can be verified.
■Zoom function
The zoom function allows you to visually check the printing status of even small barcodes.
■Data analysis
Verified barcode data can be output as waveform display and numerical data.
■Report
21 CER Part 11 compliant login, electronic signature management, history management, and support for electronic data files.
