About This Product

■Summary

Integra 9585 is a handheld barcode verification machine that supports 1D and 2D symbols and codes printed directly on substrates and metal surfaces (DPM: Direct Parts Marking). Equipped with a 5 megapixel camera. Minimum resolution 1D: 0.10mm, 2D: 0.15mm Barcodes up to 76mm wide x 57mm long can be verified. At the same time as grade verification, registration data matching, encoding syntax inspection, and code data analysis are possible.

■First in the series｜DPM grade verification

Micro Scan's Integra9585 is the first in the series to be able to perform DPM (Direct Parts Marking) grade verification. This contributes to the unification and improvement of printing quality, which until now differed depending on the manufacturing factory.

■World standard code verification performance

The INTEGRA series complies with more than 20 inspection standards and supports internationally used verification standards: ISO/IEC/ANSI grade evaluation and verification items.

■Barcodes and two-dimensional codes printed on paper can also be verified.

5 million pixel model with minimum resolution 1D code: 0.1mm, 2D code: 0.15mm. It is possible to verify most symbols in circulation, from GS1 codes to QR codes and Datamatrix.

■Setup

Select the verification standard you want to use from the list; most of the current verification standards from around the world are already installed. In addition, various verification conditions can all be selected by the user.

■Modulation

It is possible to indicate the unevenness and variation of spaces and bars.

■QR code verification

Grade verification is performed immediately by simply specifying the verification area on the verification software screen.

■GS1-128 verification | Data analysis All lines

In addition to ISO standards and GS1 standards, all current standards used around the world can be verified. The zoom function allows you to visually check the printing status of even small barcodes.

■Data analysis

Verified barcode data can be output as waveform display and numerical data.

■Data analysis All lines

Execution data for all scan lines can be displayed. Scan barcodes at 0.05mm pitch.
