About This Product

■Summary

Minimum resolution 0.06mm, even the smallest codes can be read! Excellent robustness with IP65 dust and splash proof performance and 2m drop resistance. The 1920i is a 2D scanner that only reads DPM (Direct Part Marking). The lighting part uses innovative multi-illumination. Quickly and accurately read laser markings and dot pin markings on reflective metal materials and substrates. It also smoothly reads 2D symbols such as tiny Datamatix and QR codes. Ideal for managing medical equipment, traceability and individual management of electronic parts, beautiful metal items, plastic parts, etc.

■Barcode reader compatible with direct parts marking

Direct part marking (DPM), which prints two-dimensional codes directly on products, is used at many manufacturing sites and sites where traceability is required. Because DPM does not require labels, it is an indispensable technology in harsh environments where products are exposed to heat, oil, cleaning, and chemical treatments. The 1920i is specifically designed for DPM reading, with extremely fast response and DPM reading from all 360° directions.

■An example of readable direct part marking (DPM)

We support a variety of direct part markings, including dot pin markings printed on mirror surfaces, dot pin markings and laser markings printed on cast surfaces, and laser markings on satin surfaces and hairlines.

■Multi-illumination Instantly read all DPMs

Automatically controls the optimal lighting depending on the object, such as mirror surface/engraved, cast surface/engraved, satin finish/laser marking, IC package/laser marking, hairline/laser marking, cast surface/inkjet, etc. It is also possible to read high resolution codes of 0.06mm. It is also possible to read common 1D and 2D symbols.

■IP65 robust body with the highest durability in its class

Overmolded shock absorbing rubber provides excellent impact resistance. It has passed a rotational tumbling test of 5,000 times (1m) at a temperature of -30℃ and a drop test of 50 times from a height of 2m onto concrete, so you can use it with confidence even in harsh work sites. .
