By equipping the KDC280 with a dedicated FW for match verification and poka-yoke, anyone can easily perform poka-yoke and match verification, preventing human errors caused by visual inspection.
*KDC280-PY is the current model.
■“1 to 1” pokayoke check mode
Use when master data (verification source) changes constantly. Ideal for checking matches for pairs. (Example: Comparison between customer kanban and in-house kanban, which changes for each task)
■“One-to-many”/“many-to-many” pokayoke check mode
Look for check data (verification destination) that does not match the master data (verification source). "Many-to-many" check that sets multiple master data is also possible. Ideal for inspecting mixed items.
■“Treasure Hunt” Pokayoke Check Mode
Finds check data (verification destination) that matches master data (verification source). Ideal for searching for a matching item from multiple items.
