The HF810/HF811 is a fixed industrial barcode reader that uses Honeywell's cutting-edge scanning technology and is equipped with a liquid lens. It delivers strong read performance, including DPM functionality, in a compact form factor and is compatible with common networking solutions in manufacturing and logistics industries.
■High-speed autofocus liquid lens adopted
Liquid lenses can change the shape of the liquid and adjust the focus by applying voltage. It allows you to focus faster and more accurately than regular lenses.
■Full auto tuning function
Automatically adjusts optimal parameters to provide optimal performance. There is no need for a PC or equipment monitor, and you can adjust the cord position and check the operating status with intuitive operations. Gain (gain adjustment), Exposure time (exposure time), barcode type, focus.
■You can select the most suitable LED light source for the site.
You can choose from red, green, or white LED lighting depending on the operating environment.
■Flexible installation
The main body can be installed within the range of 0° to 90°. Furthermore, the cable can be installed in any position, eliminating dead space.
■IP65 compliant
The operating temperature is 0°C to 50°C, IP65 waterproof and dustproof performance, and a highly robust design specialized for industrial use.
■Various functions
The auto-tuning function detects the optimal parameters and automatically adjusts them. It also has a parameter bank that allows you to register different reading conditions, switching using the JOB function, managing readings using an external trigger function, and functions for operating multiple units.
■Quick reading both near and far
Depending on the operating environment, you can choose between narrow-angle and wide-angle models.
・Narrow angle model: 100 to 1,000mm
・Wide-angle model: 100~500mm
■Can read all symbols
It can read all symbols, from damaged barcodes on printed labels to the most difficult-to-read DMP (Direct Part Marking).
