■Advantages of introducing UV-LEDs

Compared to the mercury lamps used for conventional ultraviolet irradiation, UV-LED light sources have a longer lifespan, reducing running costs and maintenance frequency. The switch to UV-LED light sources is also progressing from the perspective of environmental conservation.

■Features of our LED device

There are a wide variety of materials that react to ultraviolet light, and each material responds to different wavelengths of ultraviolet light. Depending on the material, the desired effect may be achieved by irradiating it with two or more wavelengths. Our UV-LED equipment is custom-made according to the required wavelength, irradiation intensity, and workpiece size, making it possible to perform UV treatment under optimal conditions. You can freely customize the irradiation area. It is suitable for batch irradiation of workpieces and can irradiate multiple wavelengths simultaneously.
