About This Product

Impulse winding test machine ST-6K is an essential device for testing transformers, motors, rotors, stars, electric valves, generators, and all kinds of coil winding products. The partial discharge test function and inductance measurement function to detect insulation failure have been extended to become an ideal winding test machine. Using high -speed sampling technology, you can save the standard/master coil and DUT (exam device) waveform in the measuring instrument. ･ Low -energy tests are possible without damaging the coil with a programable impulse voltage of 200V to 6000V. ･ We provide a high -speed sampling rate of 200MHz. ･ The 800 x 480 color LCD display allows users to clearly display waveforms and test results. ･ We provide user -friendly operation interface. ･ Small inductance at the time of impulse test> 10μH. ･ We provide three types of waveform tests. 1. Standard waveform: L value comparison 2. Test waveform: Areasize comparison, Diffzone comparison, corona comparison, Corona number comparison. 3. Partial discharge waveform: Display PD corona waveform
