A high-quality and highly safe domestically produced vibration motor (vibrator) is installed to eliminate blockages in powder hoppers and chutes, and eliminates bridges, rat holes, and wall adhesion at once.
Features
■Since it has a fully enclosed waterproof structure, it can be installed even in humid places.
The vibration motor (vibrator) manufactured by FURICO (R) is fully enclosed and waterproof. The motor exterior parts are equipped with rubber gaskets as standard throughout. Therefore, the structure is such that the inside of the motor is not easily affected even in areas with high humidity. You can use it more safely.
■Excellent quiet motor operation noise.
The vibration motor (vibrator) manufactured by FURICO (R) uses a pendulum cover structure without ventilation holes. Therefore, electromagnetic noise and the sound of the pendulum rotating are extremely quiet. Excellent quietness.
■Protection grade is IP66 "water resistant"
Vibration motors (vibrators) manufactured by FURICO (R) are weatherproof. It can be installed safely outdoors or in locations with a lot of dust, dirt, or dust.
■Heat resistance class B is standard specification, 3 rated specification
The standard heat resistance class of FURICO (R) vibration motors (vibrators) is Class B (130℃). Upon request, we can also provide special orders such as F class (155℃). The standard input power supply is 3 ratings (200V50Hz, 200V60Hz, 220V60Hz). Depending on your request, we can also accommodate different voltage specifications such as 400V class (400V50Hz, 400V60Hz, 440V60Hz) as special orders.
