■Product overview

This is a metal sheet gasket whose base material is cut from a plate material with the appropriate thickness and surface finish for gaskets. Mainly used for parallel thread seals such as pressure gauges and stirrers. There is no temperature deformation, making it suitable for small-diameter high-temperature, high-pressure applications.

■Features

・Material equivalent to pressure vessels ・Because it is a metal material, it can withstand high temperatures and is suitable for highly airtight seals. ・In addition to standard materials such as SUS316L, we supply a variety of materials tailored to the fluid. - Improves tightening workability if soft materials (nickel, copper, aluminum, Monel® equivalent) can be used ・Cost benefits by using up material lots

■Notes on selection

- There are differences in economic efficiency, corrosion resistance, and labor saving depending on the material, so it is necessary to select the appropriate material. ・For hard materials, we recommend using a torque wrench because they are less compatible than resin. ・Since the contact surface remains on the seat, we recommend replacing it when the seal is loosened due to disassembly, etc. (There is a possibility of leakage due to decreased contact surface reproducibility)
