Autoclaves for research and development applications such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, nanomaterials, biomass, subcritical water, supercriticality, functional materials, polymerization reactions, gas reduction, hydrogenation reactions, gasification treatments, electrochemistry, and corrosion tests. ■Product overview

Metal hollow O-rings are products in which both ends of a metal tube are welded, the surface polished, and the surface treated (plated/coated) depending on the application. A gasket that can seal even under high pressure conditions exceeding 50MPa and high temperature harsh conditions of 500℃ and above. Although it is made of metal, it has a self-sealing structure, so it achieves sealing performance with relatively low tightening force compared to other metal gaskets.

■Notes on selection

- When using for gas, please use plated or coated products. ・It is not suitable for repeated use as it compresses and deforms the metal gasket to self-seal. ・Depending on the supply situation, delivery times may be longer. (Please be careful about schedule management)
