About This Product

■Product introduction/Consumables/Sheet gasket

Autoclaves for research and development applications such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, nanomaterials, biomass, subcritical water, supercriticality, functional materials, polymerization reactions, gas reduction, hydrogenation reactions, gasification treatments, electrochemistry, and corrosion tests. ■Product overview

Sheet gaskets are sheet-type gaskets whose main components are PTFE and alumina. Can be used with a wide range of fluids except for some strong alkalis. By using alumina as a filler, it has higher heat resistance than other fluororesin gaskets. It can be used with the same design values ​​as general-purpose joint sheets, so it can be considered as an alternative product. This sheet gasket has excellent low surface pressure sealing properties, low long-term stress relaxation rate, which is a bottleneck when heated with PTFE, and improved sealing performance reduction due to loosening.

■Features

・Excellent chemical resistance, sealing performance, cleanliness, and workability compared to conventional joint sheets and sheet gaskets ・Extensive chemical resistance against acids and alkaline fluids, no need to use them separately ・Good gas sealing properties in joint sheets and sheet gaskets (requires use with Teflon® paste for gas-based fluids) ・Excellent sealing performance even during heating and cooling cycles ・Excellent low surface pressure sealing properties ・Low long-term stress relaxation rate, which is a bottleneck when heated with PTFE, improves sealing performance deterioration due to loosening.
