About This Product

■Product introduction/Accessories/Nonmetallic test tubes

Autoclaves for research and development applications such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, nanomaterials, biomass, subcritical water, supercriticality, functional materials, polymerization reactions, gas reduction, hydrogenation reactions, gasification treatments, electrochemistry, and corrosion tests. This is a product introduction page for accessories (non-metallic removable test tubes such as glass/quartz/PTFE/PEEK/alumina). Glass (borosilicate/quartz) detachable test tube

■Product overview

This is a removable test tube that is inserted into the reactor. By reacting in a test tube, it can be used for ``simple corrosion countermeasures'' and ``improving work efficiency such as sample collection and cleaning.''

■Features

- Compatible with glass-based materials such as Pyrex® equivalent materials and quartz glass. ・Pyrex® equivalent material has a maximum heat resistance of 260℃ (refer to the maximum allowable temperature of window material standards) ・Quartz glass can be manufactured (if the temperature exceeds 260℃ or if it cannot withstand Pyrex® equivalent) ・Easy sample collection and improve work efficiency ・Simple corrosion countermeasures for the reactor by indirect contact with the sample ・If purchased in bulk as a raw material pipe lot, it can be supplied at a relatively low price.

■Precautions for use

・When exposed to wear and tear, deterioration, or impact, it may crack, break, or be destroyed. - If used with fluids that tend to stick, it may become impossible to attach or detach after use.
