Utilizing the technology that has been cultivated for about 100 years, we will manufacture a high -quality, heat -resistant, impact resistance and drug resistance -resistant glass vial. Low alkaline processing is realized with the standard product of a vertical molding machine with its own molding technology, it can support the Japanese Pharmacy (JP), US pharmacy (USP), and the British pharmacy (EP), and lower alkaline treatment. It enables adsorption processing IRAS processing, silicate processing (silicon dioxide coat), sulfer processing, hydrochloric acid treatment, and silicon processing.
It is also possible to supply cleaning and sterilized vial. In order to suppress the pop -up phenomenon in which rubber plugs fall out on the line transport of frozen drain preparations, it is possible to reduce the pop -up phenomenon by setting the CS shape or reverse tapered shape in the vial mouth.
