The O-ring/bolt type small autoclave with stirring OVML/UN is a small autoclave with stirring that can be used for hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, biomass, subcritical water, polymerization reactions, corrosion tests, etc. The design temperature and pressure differ depending on the capacity of the reactor.

■Small autoclave with stirring that can handle volumes from 3.5 liters to 20 liters

The O-ring/bolt type compact stirring autoclave OVML/UN is available for 3.5 liters, 5 liters, 6 liters, 10 liters, and 20 liters. OVML/UN corresponds to small pressure vessels.

■Design temperature and pressure of O-ring/bolt type compact stirring autoclave

The O-ring/bolt type compact stirring autoclave OVML/UN can be used for tests up to 270℃ and 5.5MPa. The design temperature and pressure differ depending on the reactor capacity of the autoclave.

■Suitable for stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, Inconel, nickel, Monel, zirconium, etc.

Compatible materials for the reactor part are SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS316Ti, SUS321, S31254, S32750, SUS329J4L, titanium, Nickel 201, Monel® 400, Haste. Approximately 24 types can be considered, including Alloy®C276, Hastelloy®C-22, Alloy59, Hastelloy®B-2, Hastelloy®X, Inconel®600, Inconel®625, Carpenter®20Cb3, Incoloy®825, and Zirconium 702.
