The O-ring/clamp type compact high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel OCNL is a small high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel that can be used up to 200℃ for hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, biomass, polymerization reactions, hydrogen reduction, electrochemical/corrosion testing, etc. .

■ Features a simple lid plate opening/closing structure for capacities from 3 liters to 20 liters.

The standard capacities of the O-ring clamp type compact high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel OCNL are 3 liters, 3.5 liters, 5 liters, 6 liters, 10 liters, and 20 liters.

■Design temperature and pressure of O-ring clamp type small-sized high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel OCNL

O-ring clamp type compact high pressure decomposition reaction vessel OCNL is a small high pressure decomposition reaction vessel that can be used for tests at 200℃ and below 1MPa. The usable pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity, so please refer to the specification table. Depending on the fluid conditions, it may be possible to use it up to 230℃.

■Compatible with stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, Inconel, nickel, monel, and zirconium

Compatible materials for the reactor part are SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS316Ti, SUS321, S31254, S32750, SUS329J4L, titanium, Nickel 201, Monel® 400, Hastelloy® Approximately 25 types can be considered, including C276, Hastelloy®C-22, Alloy59, MAT®21, Hastelloy®B-2, Hastelloy®X, Inconel®600, Inconel®625, Carpenter®20Cb3, Incoloy®825, and Zirconium 702. .
