The O-ring/clamp type compact high temperature high pressure reaction vessel OCT is a small high temperature high pressure reaction vessel that can be used for hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, biomass, polymerization reactions, hydrogen reduction, electrochemical/corrosion testing, etc. up to 200℃ and 2MPa. Can be used under the following conditions.

■Available for volumes from 5ml to 2 liters

Standard capacities of O-ring clamp type compact high temperature and high pressure reaction vessels OCT are 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 40ml, 100ml, 200ml, 400ml, 800ml, 1,000ml, 1,500ml, and 2,000ml. Capacities other than those listed above can also be considered.

■Supports temperatures and pressures up to 200℃ and 2MPa

O-ring clamp type compact high temperature high pressure reaction vessel OCT can be used for testing at 200℃ and 2MPa. By carefully examining the fluid conditions, it may be possible to handle temperatures up to 230℃.

■Suitable for stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, nickel, titanium, zirconium, etc.

Compatible materials for the reactor part are SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS316Ti, SUS321, S31254, S32750, SUS329J4L, titanium, Nickel 201, Monel® 400, Hastelloy® Approximately 25 types can be considered, including C276, Hastelloy®C-22, Alloy59, MAT®21, Hastelloy®B-2, Hastelloy®X, Inconel®600, Inconel®625, Carpenter®20Cb3, Incoloy®825, and Zirconium 702. .
