The SCW-SV simple vessel for supercritical water can be used for simple basic experiments under high temperature, high pressure, and harsh conditions, and is a vessel with particular emphasis on initial installation cost and economic efficiency. This simple high-temperature, high-pressure reaction vessel for supercritical water has a simple structure and can be used for simple basic experiments of supercritical water, supercritical alcohol, batch-type supercritical CO2, nanomaterial synthesis, and functional material synthesis.
Depending on the fluid conditions, you can easily conduct experiments with supercritical fluids at design temperatures up to 575℃ and design pressures up to 50MPa. There are five standard capacities: 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, and 80ml. The material of the vessel is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy Hastelloy C-22 equivalent material, and can be used with a wide range of fluids from acids to alkaline solutions. Corrosion resistance to acidic fluids can be improved by using the quartz glass tube as an accessory.
Changing the vessel material can be considered by using a material equivalent to Inconel 625 or Alloy 59, which has both corrosion resistance to supercritical water and high temperature strength. Light, compact, and simple structure makes it easy to handle. It is possible to perform multiple comparison tests on small quantities using oven heating, oil baths, electric furnaces, etc.
