■High-pressure decomposition reaction tube for simple testing of hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, subcritical water, etc.

Pipe autoclave PAC is a high-pressure decomposition reaction tube that can be used for simple tests such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, and subcritical water. The standard temperature is 250℃, but by changing the sealing tape material, it can be used up to 450℃.

■Application examples of pipe autoclave PAC series

Pipe autoclave PAC can be used for simple testing purposes such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, and subcritical water. The standard material used is COLD seamless tube, which emphasizes economic efficiency, so it is not suitable for tests using high-purity gas, etc. For gas applications, specify surface-treated pipe or consider the associated tube autoclave TAC.

■In addition to the standard capacity of 40ml and 70ml, we can accommodate capacities from 10ml to 300ml.

The capacity of the pipe autoclave PAC is standard capacity 40ml and 70ml. By adjusting the length, it can accommodate 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, etc. Because the reaction tube has a simple structure, the design upper limit is working pressure (MPa) x reaction tube capacity (liters) <4.

■Standard specifications Can handle temperatures from 250℃ to 450℃

The upper design temperature of the pipe autoclave PAC is 450℃. (When using expanded graphite sealing tape) When using standard sealing tape, we recommend using it at temperatures below 250℃. The design pressure varies depending on the pipe material, pipe diameter, and operating temperature.
