The TAC series of tube autoclaves are simple high-pressure decomposition reaction tubes that can easily perform basic experiments such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, subcritical water, supercritical CO2, and supercritical alcohol. In addition to SUS316, the reaction tube material can be selected from Hastelloy® C276, titanium, Inconel® 600, Monel® 400, Carpenter® 20Cb3, and Inconel® 625 depending on the fluid used.
■Tube autoclave TAC-VCR metal gasket seal (VCR® fitting specification)
The TAC-VCR type tube autoclave is a high-pressure decomposition reaction tube that can be used for simple basic experiments such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, subcritical water, supercritical CO2, and supercritical alcohol. By using VCR® fittings with metal gasket seals, this reaction tube reduces wear and tear on the fittings due to repeated opening and closing operations and improves maintainability.
The reaction tube of the tube autoclave TAC-VCR type is made of stainless steel such as SUS316 or SUS316L.
■Tube autoclave TAC-O O-ring seal fitting (special FFKM)
The TAC-O type tube autoclave is a high-pressure decomposition reaction tube that can be used for simple basic experiments such as hydrothermal synthesis, zeolite synthesis, subcritical water, supercritical CO2, and supercritical alcohol. This reaction tube uses an O-ring seal joint to reduce wear and tear on the joint due to repeated opening and closing operations, and improves maintainability.
