About This Product

■Typical workpieces to be processed

Large modules including special tooth profiles and various types of rotors with a small number of teeth can be processed with high efficiency. It is especially suitable for high-precision machining of threaded parts such as screw rotors and screw pumps. KRM2 is a cutting machine using a carbide milling cutter, and KRG2 is a grinding machine using a CBN grindstone.

■Cutter head swivel mechanism

The cutter head is equipped with a swivel mechanism in the horizontal and vertical planes, and can handle machining of special tooth profiles with both positive and negative pressure angles.
