About This Product
By incorporating a Z-axis measurement system into the microscope's focus drive mechanism, the amount of Z-axis movement can be measured. Use this to measure the height of the sample. You can build a 3-axis measurement system by combining it with the X-axis and Y-axis measurement systems.
