About This Product
In order to help eliminate labor shortages and improve quality, Hakaru Plus has begun developing a robot system that promotes labor savings, in addition to the automatic powder weighing machines and weighing trace management systems that we have been working on for many years. We will begin proposing new production equipment in which humans, automatic machines, and robots work together.
■Measuring control system
Calculates the remaining amount of the weighing set value and the capacity of the scoop, and performs feedback control to the robot system.
■3 types of scoops
There are three types of scoops: large, medium, and small, and the robot changes hands depending on the weighing situation. *The size of the scoop will change depending on the powder raw material and measured value.
■Weighing accuracy of ±1%
Calculates the remaining quantity of the weighing set value and the capacity of the scoop, and provides feedback control from the control system to the robot. Weigh with an accuracy of ±1%. *Accuracy varies depending on the powder and measurement settings.
■Control of rake position
In order to perform stable weighing, the scooping positions are controlled so that they do not overlap.
