Ideal for automatic measurement of chip inductor DCR/fuse resistance values, etc.

■Features・Measurement range: [% measurement] 1mΩ to 9.99mΩ/±50.0%, 10mΩ to 10kΩ/±50.00%, [mΩ measurement] 0.000mΩ to 15.000kΩ
・By lowering the measurement current, the influence of thermal electromotive force, which is a major error factor, can be canceled at all times.
・Measurement current is applied in pulses to reduce self-heating and wear on measurement terminals
・Delay time can be set for each range, so inductors and coils can be measured without errors.
・Contact check function standard equipment
・Comparator results can be output as open collector, LED display and buzzer sound
・GP-IB/RS-232C/Centronics interface (optional)
・Measurement current/measurement voltage abnormality check circuit equipped as standard
