Ultra-small size chip (0201, 03015...) Compatible with precision resistors

Ideal for sorting machines and taping machines for B, C, D, F, G, J, K class, chip, Melf, radial, and axial resistors.

・High accuracy and stability due to thermoelectromotive force cancellation measurement
・High stability due to improved noise resistance due to analog section to digital section isolation
・Ultra-high-speed and highly stable measurement is achieved by the measurement value integration time setting function for each range.
・Absolute value measurement: 0.00mΩ to 125.00MΩ, % measurement: 5mΩ to 109MΩ [±10.000%/-99.99 to +25.00%]
・Contact check: Before measurement/After measurement/OFF selectable
・RS-232C interface standard equipment (GP-IB is optional)
・Printer output standard equipment (Centronics compliant)
・Equipped with a setting value transfer function (the same setting data can be transferred to another AE-163L for automatic setting)
・Equipped with measurement current/measurement voltage abnormality check circuit
