About This Product

■Summary

A chip saw designed specifically for cutting cardboard that uses a special blade shape to reduce the generation of paper dust and improve material clogging.

■The impetus for development

I heard from someone in the cardboard industry that ``users everywhere are having trouble with paper dust after cutting materials.'' When I researched the market, I found that there was indeed a lot of paper dust flying around the workers, and that it cost money to dispose of paper dust. The "A-A type", which is virtually free of paper dust, was created in response to requests for a knife that would somehow reduce the amount of paper dust. Next, the "A-M type" for heavy cutting was developed based on the feedback that "there is no cutter for reinforced cardboard," and the "C type", which emphasizes the cutting surface, was developed based on the feedback that "I want to finish the cutting surface even more beautifully." It was. All products are created based on customer feedback. Well cut and sew series list

■A-A type (paper dust oriented type)

・Less paper dust (about 1/5 of a woodworking tip saw) (No need to worry about dust collection) ・Less clogging of paper powder (no need for air blowing as ground paper powder becomes granular) ・A burr appears on the back of the material (the size of the burr is proportional to the thickness of the sheet of paper at the bottom of the material) ・Long life due to carbide tip ・Re-polishing is not possible

■A-M type (heavy cutting type)

・Less paper dust (about 1/3 of woodworking chip saw) ・Less clogging of paper powder (no need for air blowing as ground paper powder becomes granular) - Less heat buildup than A-A type (air cooling is OK) ・A burr appears on the back of the material (the size of the burr is proportional to the thickness of the sheet of paper at the bottom of the material) ・Long life due to carbide tip ・Re-polishing: Possible

■C type (cutting skin emphasis type)

・No burrs appear on the back of the material ・Slightly more paper powder than A-A type ・Clogging of the material is a bit more common (the shape of the paper powder is different compared to the chip saw, so you can easily remove it from between the grains by tapping it a little) ・With little cutting resistance, it does not retain heat and cuts lightly with low cutting noise. ・Long life due to carbide tip ・Re-polishing: Possible
