■Current situation and issues
・Honing heads were mainly manufactured overseas and were expensive products with long lead times.
・It was difficult to request an overseas honing machine manufacturer to repair the main unit for maintenance, and multiple orders such as peeling off the whetstone and ordering shaping/sharpening from the whetstone manufacturer were tedious and time consuming.
■Development points
・As a special tool manufacturer, we have achieved domestic production of "honing heads" through our superior manufacturing technology and highly reliable manufacturing.
・Significantly shorten lead time and provide excellent cost performance. We use a unique method to mold and sharpen the whetstone to ensure stable quality. Furthermore, by taking care of all repairs and maintenance, we can make it easier for customers to place orders.
