About This Product

■This is for 1 inch to 2 inch pipingThis is PCL-120, a cleaning machine for cooling water pipes. This greatly contributes to reducing maintenance costs for molds and mechanical equipment.

PCL-120 is a pipe cleaning machine for cooling water pipe molds and mechanical equipment with a pipe diameter of 1 to 2 inches. The synergistic effect of the combination of a large flow rate pump with a maximum flow rate of 100L/min or more, *1 flow rate fluctuations, and air mixing with the easy-to-handle and safe cleaning agent SH2000 cleans the inside of piping safely and powerfully. We also accept custom specifications.

Cooling water piping covered in iron rust and calcium scale. This results in a decrease in the amount of circulating water and a deterioration in heat conduction, leading to deterioration in productivity and quality. In order to stabilize the production cycle and quality, or to prevent equipment trouble, we recommend periodic cleaning of cooling water piping.

Features of PCL-120
■1.Cleaning functionA large flow rate magnetic pump with a maximum flow rate of 100L/min or more (with no load on a 1-inch hose) is combined with flow rate fluctuations and air mixture to actively disturb the flow in the piping, spreading the cleaning agent to every corner and removing the cleaning agent. It fully demonstrates its cleaning power. In addition, impact force due to flow rate fluctuations and air mixed flow is added to efficiently and powerfully clean the inside of the piping.

■2. Easy-to-use cleaning agent SH2000 (cleaning time is 4 to 24 hours)SH2000 is a cleaning agent for the PCL series of pipe cleaners, and is effective in removing iron rust and soft calcium scale, and has the following characteristics. PCL-120 uses 3 SH2000.

➀There is little risk of damaging various materials. ➁ Gentle on the human body. ➂Easy wastewater treatment. As mentioned above, SH2000 is a slow-release cleaning agent that is gentle on equipment and easy to handle. Therefore, although it takes time, the synergistic effect with the unique water flow makes it possible to powerfully clean the inside of the pipes.
