About This Product

■Efficiency increases just by washing. For cleaning cooling water piping of molds, mechanical equipment, etc. This single unit can handle everything from molding cycle recovery and molded product quality control to equipment maintenance.

PCL-40 is a pipe cleaning machine that is ideal for molds, small equipment, etc. that have cooling water pipes of 1/2 inch or less. We have achieved small intermittent flow and air-mixed flow, which are highly effective for cleaning pipes, at low cost using the characteristics of our uniquely developed air pump. Currently used by over 90 companies. It is also popular with more rental customers than others. The inside of the piping that circulates cooling water such as fresh water becomes covered with iron rust and calcium scale due to long-term use (or even short-term use depending on the water quality and usage environment). Adhering scale causes various problems such as a decrease in the amount of circulating water and poor heat conduction. We recommend periodic cleaning of the cooling water piping in order to maintain a constant mold temperature and stabilize quality, or to recover from deterioration in the production cycle and prevent wasteful energy consumption. We also recommend using an anti-corrosion and anti-scaling agent (listed in the options section) that suppresses not only rust but also scale accumulation, as this will reduce the frequency of trouble.

■Characteristics of PCL-40

Super powerful cleaning...PCL-40 does more than simply circulate the cleaning agent. The pipe cleaning machine PCL-40 uses a simple air pump mechanism developed by our company to freely control the circulating water flow of cleaning agent. A combination of continuous flow, intermittent flow, and air-mixed flow actively disrupts the flow within the pipes, distributing the cleaning agent to every nook and corner. In addition, impact force from intermittent flow and air mixed flow is added to efficiently and powerfully clean scale inside the pipes.
