About This Product

■Summary

Because it is small and lightweight, it is very advantageous for handling on site. Internally, based on a design concept that thoroughly avoids breakdowns, the four-way valve has been eliminated, and there is no switching between cold and hot water output. (Controlled on the piping side as necessary) In order to minimize on-site costs, the refrigerant gas path is kept to a minimum, and the concept is that even equipment construction companies that are not familiar with refrigerators can easily install it. In the unlikely event of an emergency, repairs can be easily carried out by shipping the unit. The amount of refrigerant gas charged is also the smallest, around 2.9 kg for a 10 horsepower unit. The weight of the main unit is less than 150kg. It is also a concept that will greatly change the weight design in facility and building construction.

All on-site costs such as transportation costs, travel costs, construction costs, and refrigerant gas volume are reduced.

■Features and benefits

Almost 100% of heat pumps and chillers are of the prazing plate type, achieving compact size and high efficiency, but evaporators and condensers are always required in the refrigeration cycle to ensure the return of oil in the refrigerant gas. It also requires a heavy and large oil receiver. There are also cases where an additional heat exchanger (subcooler/super heater) is required to increase efficiency. MDI-A-1 is the only heat exchanger that can be realized as a single plating plate to solve these factors and problems. In addition to the evaporator, condenser, and subcooler/super heater, there is an injection function added to solve the problem of oil accumulation inside the evaporator, and an uneven liquid level in the depth direction of the refrigerant gas (liquid). It also has a distribution function that solves the problem of poor refrigerant gas distribution.
