■Usage with fin tube structure

This shows the structure of a general fin tube, but the inside of the tube is in contact with liquid and the fins are in contact with gas, and in order to secure surface area for the gas side, which has poor heat transfer performance, a large secondary heat transfer surface is used. This is a comp that increases heat transfer efficiency by being able to access the fins. However, in a fin tube constructed with a force-sealed structure, thermal resistance remains in the gap between the tube and the fins, and as a result, sufficient heat is not transferred to the fin section, which is a secondary heat transfer surface, resulting in an increase in size. there is. In an exhaust gas heat recovery environment, there is also a structural problem in which water condensation occurs in the fin tube structure due to gas cooling, causing corrosive condensed water to enter the caulked portion of the fins, easily inducing clearance corrosion. In contrast to this conventional type of fin tube, AIREC is made entirely of high-efficiency primary heat transfer surfaces, has no force-seamed parts, and has no welded parts, making it more compact under the same design conditions.
