■High-speed conveyance PPU available from a rich lineupThe PPUX63 series is a unit that transports workpieces at high speed and with high precision. Due to the unique mechanism in which the cam always supports the arm, it has been very well received and is said to be able to provide stable transport over long periods of time with simple control of a single motor drive. You can choose the type from small, medium, high payload, high payload long, and front head (S, A, W, WS, FWS) depending on the workpiece.

In addition, you can select the optimal size from 30 to 130 mm (13 types) of stroke variations according to the conveyance distance. ■Renewed to allow motor replacement and motor cable direction recombination.The product has been redesigned to allow customers to change the direction of the motor cable when starting up the equipment, and to replace the motor when it breaks down due to long-term use. The rigidity during driving is increased and the durability of the motor is also improved.

■Flexible strokeThe Z-axis stroke can be varied using a pulse control program. It can be conveniently used for fine workpieces, feeding at different heights, etc.

■Front head type maximum payload 2kgLinear guides are arranged in a gate shape for each of the X-Z axes. The rigidity has been significantly strengthened. Supports payload up to 2kg. The head is placed at the front and the arms can be laid out freely.

■Front head type space savingA right-angle geared motor is available. The depth allows it to fit into a small space.

■You can choose from αSTEP AR/AZThe drive motor uses the αSTEP "AR series", which has improved reliability through closed-loop control, and the "AZ motor", which has a built-in absolute sensor. A motor with a brake and a double-shaft motor (with rear sensor) are also available for the AR. Also available with motor driver.

■High position repeatabilityThe linear guide uses a pressurized type. Additionally, since the mechanism securely locks the X-axis during Z-axis straight movement, position repeatability is extremely high.
