About This Product
BioDrop DUO+ is a device that combines the micro-volume measurement port and cuvette measurement port of BioDrop μLite+ in one device. By measuring high-concentration samples with the trace port and low-concentration samples with the cuvette port, it is possible to measure samples with a wide range of concentrations.
Since there is no moving part, there is no need for calibration, and the device can be operated intuitively using the color touch screen on the main unit.
■No calibration required
The BioDrop Microvolume Sample Port uses no moving parts. Therefore, there is no need for readjustment or calibration of parts. The port path length is highly specified to +/-5µm, so the measurements are also very accurate.
■Wipe clean design
Simply wiping with a lint-free tissue can eliminate sample carryover to undetectable amounts.
■Measurement menu
A rich menu of pre-registered measurements includes DNA, RNA, oligo concentration, protein assays, OD600, and commonly available fluorescent dyes for nucleic acids and proteins.
