Features of YVO4 laser processing
■The shield wire does not dig into the dielectric material.In the case of a mechanical stripper that uses a knife, pressure is applied to the shield wire from the outside when cutting, which can cause the shield wire to dig into the dielectric material. This may affect the wire characteristics.

Laser shield cutting allows stable control of the cutting depth without contact, so make a cut to about half of the shield wire and remove the shield with a rotating brush type shield removal device (Shield Stripper SS-BV) to remove the internal dielectric. Processing is possible without affecting the body.
