Easy operation allows for uniform coating cuts

Features of CO2 laser processing
■Do not scratch metal conductorsConventional mechanical strippers that use blades can sometimes damage the shielded wires and core wires directly under the coating. Since the CO2 laser can selectively cut only the resin layer, it will not damage the shield wire or core wire.

■Non-contact processing regardless of the shape of the workpieceThe following wires, which are difficult to cut with a knife, can be cut without any problem. Since it is non-contact processing, the cross-sectional shape of the workpiece does not matter.

■No change in machining accuracy due to parts wearUnlike blades, there is almost no effect on machining accuracy due to wear of parts, so it is possible to maintain a constant machining accuracy for a long period of time.

Dedicated cable processing machine
■No need to invert the workpieceWith simple devices such as laser markers, the laser irradiates from one direction, which causes problems with vertical machining position misalignment due to mechanical wobbling when the workpiece is turned over. This machine does not require reversing the workpiece as it illuminates in two directions, top and bottom. A simple stage structure with no wobbling and workpiece fixing method achieves both high workability and high precision machining.

■Various processing possible with easy operationEasy operation, just set the workpiece and press the start button. By combining "laser processing conditions" and "processing position conditions," processing conditions can be changed for each process or product, and continuous processing of multiple locations can be performed simply by pressing the recipe selection button.

■Easy maintenanceProcessing using lasers has problems such as reduced output due to dust and smoke generated during coating processing adhering to lenses, mirrors, etc. In the latest model, the mirrors and lenses inside the device are housed in individual optical boxes, and each optical box is connected with a pipe, which prevents dust and smoke from entering from the outside, so it can be used for a long time. You can use the device without replacing consumable parts.

■Numerical control of focus position adjustmentThe focus position can be numerically controlled using a precision motor. Recipes can be registered according to wire type and wire diameter, so setup changes for low-volume, high-mix production of products with different wire diameters can be done by simply selecting a recipe. High reproducibility and no downtime during setup changes. Ideal for prototype development.

■Compatible with automated lines (external communication function added)Equipped with external communication function (OP). Compatible with automated lines by communicating with host PCs and transfer robots. We can also provide it on an automated line by our partner manufacturers.
