About This Product

A film for raw meat that seals well at low temperatures and can be sealed even when bags are stacked.

■Basic information

CANS film combines the features of a single-layer film (transparency, physical strength, excellent moisture and waterproof properties, chemical resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, and hygiene) into multiple layers and combines the functions of each resin. It is a film that expresses the strengths and compensates for the weaknesses of each resin, and has excellent functions that cannot be expressed with a single layer film. In addition, the film is lightweight, easy to open, easy to handle, and easy to dispose of after use, allowing for flexible product design from the user's perspective.

■Product overview

A special polyethylene resin is used for the inner layer, making it highly suitable for sealing at low temperatures.The film's material composition takes advantage of the difference in melting point between the resins on the inner and outer layers of the film, allowing it to be sealed even when bags are stacked on top of each other. In addition, it has cold pinhole resistance, which is a feature of CS-H, so by using a special polyethylene resin, the film is made more flexible and has improved pinhole resistance than CS-H. Due to these two properties, it is used for vacuuming chilled pork products.
