About This Product

■Summary

・This equipment performs indentation inspection, foreign object scratch inspection, and position shift inspection for COG and FOG mounting machines on LCD panels. ・The high-resolution line sensor captures the status of all terminals in images and automatically inspects them. -Equipped with a full-scale inspection function, and can also detect defects between terminals. *Full inspection function is optional. - Compact design (width: 900mm) and 1-stage design, making it easy to maintain and saves space in the installation location.

■Features

- Simple structure with only one inspection stage, saving space. ・Since it is a compact device, high-speed tact is achieved. -Full surface inspection (Option) is available, and defects other than the terminal area can be detected within the viewing angle (2mm). In addition, the resulting image can be compressed to a small size (about 150KB) and saved for traceability. ・A special microscope (proprietary development) enables autofocus within the inspection viewing angle and tracks warping of the target workpiece in real time. ・Using an algorithm developed in-house, it is possible to analyze and classify defect patterns (indentation defects, scratches, foreign objects, dimples) and output NG. (Defect information can be saved including images)

■Usage example

This device performs high-speed image inspection of the terminal status of LCD panel drive ICs and FPC connections. This is an inspection machine that prevents defective connections of driver ICs and FPCs, defective terminals, etc. from leaking out to subsequent processes.

■Cycle time

*1 side inspection ・3.0sec/pcs:IC (L 33mm) ×1 ・3.5sec/pcs: IC (L 30mm) ×1, FPC (L 40mm) ×1, Panel size<“5” *+1sec if full inspection option is available *Please note that the appearance and specifications may be partially changed in order to improve performance.
