About This Product
An industrial mixed gas of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen is injected into the workpiece as a tracer gas instead of helium. With the simple operation of placing a workpiece, a semiconductor sensor detects the trace amount of hydrogen gas that leaks out and determines whether there is a leak or not.

■Demonstrates repeated stability
Using our unique vacuum technology and sealing technology, we have succeeded in achieving high accuracy and stability in repeated measurements of mass-produced parts. The optimized operating cycle with a specially designed control flow for vacuum leak testing achieves high repeat stability.
The same operator repeatedly measures the same workpiece (no leakage product) 30 times to check for fluctuations in the measurement data. In addition, the zero-leakage product uses a work sample that has been impregnated three times.
