About This Product

No dangerous chemicals or electrolysis techniques required. Neutral cleaning agents are OK, and sometimes just water is OK.

Our company has been providing mold cleaning services for a long time. Utilizing that experience, we have manufactured and delivered mold ultrasonic cleaning equipment in response to customer requests, and also performed ultrasonic deburring of molds. We have now standardized the mold cleaning machine and will be selling it domestically and internationally as part of the PERION series.

The era has come when precision cleaning of molds, which are becoming more precise and evolving, cannot be handled by conventional gas nebula-shaped cavities or by electrolytic ultrasonic cleaning based on gas nebula-shaped cavities. Our company makes maximum use of powerful spherical cavities (microscopic vacuum nuclei) to generate countless powerful positive and negative shock waves that can even remove burrs. Of course, it is also possible to remove even the surface of the laminated glassy film that has been sublimated and welded.

Ultrasonic cleaning machines with ultrasonic cavitation reinforcement systems are now available in the world of mold cleaning. Since no electrolysis is used, no special cleaning agents are required. Running costs are also significantly reduced. There is no need to worry about dangerous ions leaching out. This is a super powerful mold ultrasonic cleaning device that anyone can use with confidence anywhere in Japan or overseas.
